Workshop de Danças Circulares na Quinta do Rajo

Domingo, dia 9 de novembro, entre as 10h e as 16h30, a Quinta do Rajo, em S. João das Lampas, disponibiliza um workshop de Danças Circulares, com a Professora Mirach Duncan.

As danças em círculo são uma tradição ancestral em todo o mundo e são uma excelente oportunidade de gerar harmonia no corpo. Nós próprios, e as mandalas associadas aos passos da dança, somos os instrumentos através dos quais o céu e a terra se encontram. É uma prática que dá alegria, satisfação e uma sensação de paz profunda.

O preço é de 30€ por pessoa, com acréscimo de 10€ pelo almoço. Para as crianças existe um preço especial 7,50€ (e por mais 5€, está incluído o almoço).
